Young Adults Connect Retreat
Hey Young Adults!
We are so excited for our annual retreat!
Feb. 28 – Mar. 2
We’ll be at Roseau River Bible Camp this year!
We’ll have worship, prayer, encouraging sermons, great community connections.
This year Pastor Brenton will be joining us as our guest speaker!
When it comes to payment, you can pay with cash/credit on the retreat day when we meet at church before leaving. Or you can e-transfer finance@gmchurch.ca with Young Adults Retreat alongside your name written in the notes/memo line.
Retreat Schedule

Friday:
5:30 – Meet at GMC
5:50 – Departure
7:00 – Arrival – Find Cabins
8:00 – Session 1
9:30-11 – Snack/Hangout
Saturday:
8:00 – Breakfast
9:45 – Session 2
11:30 – Small Group Time
12:00 – Lunch
1-4:00 – Winter activities (broomball, skating, sledding, etc) and free-time
5:00 – Supper
7:00 – Session 3
9:00 – Snack
Sunday:
8:00 – Breakfast
9:30 – Session
11:30 – Small group Time
12:00 – Eat Lunch
12:30 – Pack/Clean/Leave
What to Bring on the Young Adults Retreat:
– $5 of Gas Money for your driver
– Slippers
– Bible – notebook and pen if you want to take notes
– Warm Outdoor Wear
– Toiletries (soap, towel, etc)
– Bedding: Pillow, Sleeping Bag or Sheet and Blanket
– Snacks if you want (there will be some community candy there as well)
– Skates and Hockey Stick
– Indoor Fun: Cards, Board Games, Colouring books etc.
